We were looking for a second home for our sons who are attending college in Waco and were not experienced or knowledgeable in real estate. We did not know the market prices or neighborhoods. Daniel was recommended to us to take over our search from a previous realtor that had left us a little frustrated. Let me start off by saying as a first time home buyer I had heard the horror stories of what it was like going through the process and was needless to say very nervous. With the market being as crazy as it has been the last couple of months, getting in to see a house asap has been imperative with everything being sold within a couple days. We looked at 30-40 houses and not once did he hesitate to accommodate my requests when asking to see another one. The house I ended up getting had not even hit the market yet, but because Daniel had done such a great job asking questions and getting to know exactly what I wanted, he was able to pick out this house and get me into it before anyone else had even seen it! It wasn't until we were under contract that Daniel showed his true worth and professionalism. The seller to put it nicely was awful. It was a constant battle to get him to do the smallest things and even then, majority of the time it was done halfheartedly. There were times that I thought it was just not going to work out, but Daniel made sure that our requests were met and went as far as to paying out of his own pocket to meet some of them! During the short time it took to sell mine, less than 90 days, Daniel spent time explaining the process, what would improve selling, how my house compared to other homes in local area and then what to expect. And now when I look back at how many questions and phone calls I made to Daniel, and he always took the time no matter how busy he was to answer and explain what was happening so even I could understand. The time Daniel dedicated to me and my house I felt I was his only customer knowing he had many others he was providing the same support is amazing.
